Your role with us:

You are a native Spanish speaker with a passion for customer contact. You are the ambassador of our “green spirit” and help companies achieve their sustainability goals. The hotel industry is your second home and you know the market like the back of your hand. You acquire new business customers who are just as passionate about sustainability as we are.

As a native Spanish speaker, your versatile communication skills will be put to use in a variety of areas: from acquisition to customer presentations and contract negotiations. Working closely with the sales team, you will contribute to a smooth process and excellent service, thus strengthening the positive impact of our company.

Your tasks with us:

  • Market and target group analysis: You will analyze the market in Mallorca to identify potential customers and recognize new business opportunities.
  • Customer approach and network development: You will acquire new customers by proactively addressing them – by phone, in person at network events and via social media channels.
  • Responsibility over the deal lifecycle: Manage your deal processes from the needs analysis to the successful conclusion and independent forecasting in our CSR system HubSpot.
  • Building relationships: Win the hearts of corporate decision-makers and introduce them to our products in online presentations.
  • Sales and contract negotiations: You will present our range of services convincingly to potential customers – mainly online. You will ensure successful sales transactions and actively contribute to achieving our sales targets.
  • Customer retention: As the first point of contact, you will maintain trusting relationships with our customers through regular communication and targeted follow-ups, and ensure that concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
  • Reporting: You create meaningful sales reports and analyses that serve as a basis for management to decide on how to plan and optimize our sales strategies.
  • Team player: You work closely with colleagues from Germany to further develop our range of services.
  • Proactive contribution: You actively contribute to the company's success and growth and align your personal sales targets accordingly.

What we expect from you:

  • Spanish at native level: you can communicate fluently and accurately in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills: You can communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly in English, preferably also in German.
  • Persuasiveness: you know how to approach companies in a way that sparks their enthusiasm for sustainability.
  • Industry experience in the hospitality industry: You already have several years of experience in the B2B sector of the hospitality industry. You have a keen sense of market conditions and recognize trends through customer behavior.
  • Vision/observation: You recognize developments and opportunities beyond the current state at an early stage. You can act with foresight and not just react to the here and now.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the market: In a constantly changing business world, you are flexible and can adapt to new circumstances.
  • Data maintenance: You are comfortable with systems and data maintenance. Ideally, you are already familiar with HubSpot.
  • Flexibility and organization: Even when the workload is high, you stay on top of things, organize yourself independently, and are ready for business trips.
  • Ability to work in a team: You are a true team player and thrive in a dynamic environment.
